In April, we grieved with our colleagues at the City of Corning Police Department. Retired Chief Richard T. Faulisi passed away, leaving a legacy of policing spanning 40 years. He was instrumental in initiating the technological transition of the Corning Police Department in the 1990s. The loss of his leadership will be felt in our county.
