The Emilees Challenge Trailer Was On Display At SUNY College In The City Of Oswego

Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard says the Emilees Challenge Trailer, went to the State University of New York in Oswego County on Tuesday.  The sheriff says the purpose of the trailer is to demonstrate the dangers of impaired driving, through actual video footage and real auto crash scene materials.

 

Hammondsport Chamber: Our Visitor Center Is Open 24/7

The Greater Hammondsport Area Chamber of Commerce put out a reminder that says, their Hammondsport Visitor Center is open seven days a week.  The Chamber is located at 47 Shethar Street in Hammondsport.   

 

Bath Police: Two Officers Saved A Young Person's Life

Bath Police have given letters of commendation to Sgt. Cheresnosky and Officer Waite for saving a  young autistic person’s life back in June.  Officials say, the two rescued a young autistic girl from being on a railroad track, back in June and helped, along with State Trooper Romance, get her to an ambulance.   

 

Urbana Town Hall's New Texting Program

Paving Is Slated For This Coming Monday In Bath

Village of Bath Street Crews will be paving the following street on Monday, October 20.  Officials say that East Washington Street - between Liberty Street and Campbell Street.   All driveways and parking spots on the above streets will not be accessible during the workday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.  They say - No parking in those areas as well.  Any questions?  Call Jason Causer from the street department at 607-684-5531 between 7:00 am and 3:30 pm.
