Bath PD report the arrest of 2 Bath men

Village of Bath Police Department report the arrest of a Bath man following a routine traffic stop on Kingsley Street in the Village. 42-year-old Noel Campbell was identified as a person with a firearm. Upon further investigation it was revealed he was a felon and therefore was illegally in possession of a firearm. Campbell was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of Firearm 3rd degree. He was then arraigned and released.  Another arrest by the Bath Police Department over the weekend Bret Partridge of Bath was charged with two driving while intoxicated counts and two traffic violations following a traffic stop on Freeman Terrence in Bath. He’ll appear in court later. 

 

Steuben County Public Health Vaccines

Steuben County Public Health announced that they are offering routine Immunizations, such as Tdap, MMR, varicella, HPV and more, as well as COVID vaccines and boosters.  Vaccines can be done during their office hours, Monday through Friday at the Bath office.  To schedule an appointment, call 607-664-2438. Steuben County Historical Society Yard Sale

On Saturday, the Steuben County Historical Society held a yard sale featuring a wide array of items that, while not tied to the county’s rich history, had been occupying valuable storage space. The event drew a strong turnout from the community and raised over $1,000. Proceeds from the sale will be shared among five participating historical societies, helping to further their preservation efforts and educational initiatives. 

 

Charity Softball Game - Bath FD vs. Bath PD

On Sunday, the Bath Fire Department and Bath Police Department took to the diamond for a spirited charity softball game benefiting Catholic Charities. Admission to the event was a non-perishable food item, and the community responded with generosity—filling donation bins with goods for the local food bank.  A large crowd turned out to cheer on their hometown heroes, creating an atmosphere of camaraderie and support. While the Bath Police Department claimed victory on the scoreboard with a decisive 38–11 win, the real triumph belonged to the community, whose contributions will make a meaningful impact for families in need.
