Buck Is Not Running Again, Thorpe Is Going For Supervisor

We are now two and a half months away from the November election. In Bath, Town Supervisor Josh Buck is not seeking reelection.  Running for Bath Town Supervisor is Republican Thomas Thorpe, the current deputy town supervisor.  

 

Street Work Is Scheduled For Bath On Friday

Bath Village Street crews will be paving on Friday on East Washington Street between Liberty Street and Campbell Streets.  All driveways and parking spots will not be accessible between 7am and 3:30pm.  Vehicles are to be off the streets before 6am.

 

Two Bath Police Officers Are Commended For Saving A Life
Bath Village Mayor Michael Sweet says, Bath Police Sergeant Megan Cheresnowsky & Bath Police Officer Taylor Waite have both received Letters of Commendation for saving a disabled child who was too close to the river at night time.

 

St James Holds A Student Recruiting Event

Over in Hornell, St James Hospital held a Mash Camp last week.  St James Hospital officials say Mash stands for Medical Academy of Science and Health and is for middle and high school students who are interested in careers in health care.
