Bath Rotary Club Comes Through For Vets At Holiday Time

Officials with the Bath Rotary Club say, Bath Rotarians wrote Christmas cards to veterans who are staying at the Bath VA.  After the Christmas cards were written, Bath rotarian Brandi Graham delivered the cards to the veterans.  That's according to Bath Rotary Club President Elect, Eddie VanStine.

Upcoming meetings in the area.  The Bath School District meets this Wednesday. Also, the Hammondsport Village Board meets Tuesday evening of next week.  Also on Tuesday evening of next week, the Prattsburgh School Board will be having a meeting.

 

Also, the Bath Volunteer Fire Department says, Bingo is back tonight at the fire hall on East Morris Street in Bath.  Doors open at 5:30 and the games start at 7:00 tonight. 

 

Swearing In Ceremonies Held For National Elected Officials

Over the weekend, Congressman Nick Langworthy, Congresswoman Claudia Tenney and Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, were sworn in to office once again.  This is the beginning of Langworthy’s and Tenney’s second term in the House, and the beginning of Gillibrand’s fourth term in the Senate.
