Town of Bath voters will be voting on a town clerk’s race for the November 5th election. That’s between Tara Thorpe and Tara Muller. The early voting starts this coming Saturday and early voting is held every day from Saturday the 26th until Sunday November 4th, in the Steuben County Annex Building, on 20 East Morris Street in Bath.
Leaf Collection Starts Today In The Village Of Bath
The Bath Village Street Department are beginning leaf collection today. Leaves are to be bagged or raked, and left on the curb for pickup. Crews also say, no brush or trash, will be accepted.
Hornell Police: Have You Seen This Person?
There was an early morning burglary at a gas station in Hornell, in the 3am hour on Saturday morning.

Bath Police Chief Taft: The Saturday Night Walk Went Well
Bath Police Chief Colin Taft was very pleased at how well the ghost and Bath tragic history went this past Saturday night. According to Police Chief Taft, Bath Police raised $770 for Village Police retirees grave markers and flag holders.

Power Outage On Saturday - In Corning (City And Town)
In Corning, just over 2,000 NYSEG customers lost their power, that was on Saturday afternoon.

Training Was Held Saturday For Local First Responders
The Campbell Fire Department, along with the Bath Ambulance, fire departments from East Campbell, Addison and Painted Post and Life Net 77, did group training on helping injured and missing hunters. That training was done on Saturday.
Recent Endorsements In The U.S. Senate Race
Democrat US Senator Kirsten Gillibrand has been endorsed by the Syracuse Post in her race for re-election. The Syracuse Post says, Gillibrand has been good on border security, helping veterans and fighting illegal gun trafficking. Gillibrand’s opponent, Republican Mike Sapricone, has been endorsed by a Long Island Police Union. They say Saprircone will fight for law enforcement and help repeal Bail Reform, in New York State.
