Senator O'Mara Endorses McCarthy For Judge

“I am proud to endorse Judge McCarthy for the position of Steuben County and Family Court Judge.   Judge McCarthy has been doing this job in addition to his role as Corning City Court Judge for the last ten years. Including making sure victims had access justice during the 2020 lock-down.  As an attorney I can speak to necessity of having someone qualified, experienced, and reliable in this role, the only candidate that meets those qualifications is Judge McCarthy.  Judge McCarthy has an excellent reputation and overwhelming support from attorneys and those who rely on court system running efficiently.  Being a life-long resident of Steuben County, he understands the values that make our communities strong and the difficulties facing our families.  I am confident he will continue to administer justice impartially on behalf of all the residents of Steuben County”.
