Update On The Charters Of Freedom Project In Bath

The Charters of Freedom: The Declaration of Independence, the Bill of Rights and the Constitution.  Locally, those three documents are being enshrined at Pulteney Park in Bath.   "After three days of work they've got the foundation poured," Mayor Michael Sweet told WVIN News this morning.  "They're also telling me that the process should last about three weeks total.  So that means we're two weeks away from having a finished product.  Then the village will create the walkway, so we'll be pouring some concrete after the crews leave, and then we'll be landscaping it," Sweet said.
