 The Kanona Volunteer Fire Department held their election of officers for 2024.   Here is the list of who was voted into office, in January in Kanona:

Santa Claus Had His Day Off Yesterday, But Is Back At  Work This Weekend Here In Bath

The Bath Volunteer Fire Department reports that Santa's Day Off was a very successful event yesterday.  Santa will be at the Bath Volunteer Fire Department this Saturday and Sunday from 12 Noon to 4pm.  

 

Yates County Sheriff : An Accident In Penn Yan

The Yates County Sheriff’s Department reports that there was a two vehicle collision in the Town of Jerusalem.A 65 year old Penn Yan man was taken to Strong Memorial in Rochester. A 43 year old Branchport man was taken to Soldiers and Sailors Hospital in Penn Yan.
