Sempolinski Condemns Assault Against Paul Pelosi

Today, Congressman Joe Sempolinski released the following statement on the attack of Paul Pelosi: “Lawless violence is wrong. I wish Mr. Pelosi a quick recovery and thank our first responders who are there when we need them most. Just like the recent attack on Congressman Zeldin, violence must be condemned.”

 

Underage Teens Are Accused Of Breaking Into A School

Over in Canisteo, police chief Kyle Amidon says, a 14 year old and a 15 year old, are accused of breaking into the high school there.  Items were stolen from the school and the two teens will be in family court to answer to the charges.

 

Don't Fall For The Hoodies Scam 

It’s happened in Bath and now it’s happening in other places in steuben County.  Hornell and Canisteo Police say to not to open or click on the text going around that says the Hornell and canisteo police are selling hoodies at 10 percent off.  Hornell Police Chief Ted Murray and Canisteo Police Chief Kyle Amidon say, it’s a scam, no police departments around here are selling hoodies.

 

Drug Arrests Made By Elmira Police And Troopers

State police say that their violent Gang and Narcotics Enforcement Team and other trooper units plus Elmira Police and the Elmira PD’s Drug Enforcement Unit did a methamphetamine investigation and say about 32 grams of methamphetamine, packaging materials, digital scales, and cellular phones were seized.  Three Schuyler County men were charged and remanded to the Schuyler County jail to await arraignment.
