This Morning's Power Outage In Bath 

There was a power outage this morning in Bath.  Word is, that half of Bath was having outages at one point.  They say that the power was back on in Bath, by 7:15am. 

 

The Governor Says...And The Bath Mayor Responds...

New York One reports that Governor Kathy Hochul says the increasing crime rate in the state is part of a national trend, and is not particular to New York State.  Bath Village Mayor Michael Sweet responded to that with this statement: "There is plenty of evidence that pro-criminal laws, soft on crime DAs and lax, far-left judges are making life in New York much less safe."

 

Addison Man Is Charged For Alleged Break-In, In Woodhull 

tate Troopers say, 27 year old Tyler Mack of Addison, was charged with 2nd degree burglary, 3rd degree grand larceny, and 1st degree falsifying business records.  Troopers say Mack is accused of breaking into a cabin in Woodhull.

 

Democrats Slam Zeldin, He Responds With Crime Statistics

Congressman Lee Zeldin is the subject of recent Democrat campaign emails.  Democrats says, Zeldin photocopied over 10,000 signatures and used them on political petitions to run for governor.  Democrats are crying foul, saying Zeldin would not vote in congress, to certify the Joe Biden 2020 victory, and that Zeldin cheated by copying and pasting thousands of political petition signatures.  As for Zeldin, he and his running mate, Republican Allison Espisito, are on the campaign trail.  The two talk a lot about the increasing crime rate in the state and in New York City, and place blame on the Bail Reform laws. 

 

Sempolinski And Della Pia...Getting Down To The Wire  

Republican Congressional candidate Joe Sempolinski says, his Democrat opponent was campaigning in Erie County recently.  Sempolinski says, if Della Pia wins, Della Pia would be spending his time off running in a district he doesn’t even live in.  Della Pia is from Tioga County.  And Max Della Pia says, even though Erie County voters cannot vote in the August 23rd special election, he has not forgotten about the voters who live there.  Della Pia says, Sempolinski is running as a place holder.
