Caller stated that they could not breathe. The subject was found to be intoxicated by an unknown narcotic. They were transported to the hospital for further evaluation.

Caller reported a tractor trailer failing to maintain lane. A traffic stop initiated and the driver was found to be okay and not intoxicated. He was advised to drive to the rest stop and take a break from driving.
