0604- Falsely Reporting- Caller reporting that a juvenile was getting sexually assaulted. After the investigation into this incident, this information that was given from the caller was false. Christopher Brucie was taken into custody for falsely reporting an incident in the third degree. 

0749- Information only- Caller requesting if BPD issued bike helmets. Caller was advised BPD does not. – Liberty Street

0956- Assist other agencies. Officers assisted Bath Fire Dept. with a basement filling with water. – Wood Street

1050- Traffic Stop- Warning issued. – W William Street

1110- Fight- Caller reporting there was two females fighting. Upon arrival parties were separated and both were advised to go their separate ways. E William Street

1210- Medical Advisement- W Morris Street

1225- Disturbance- Caller reporting seeing a male adult grabbing a child and placing him in his van. Was discovered to be a guardian of the child and that he was being placed in the van for mental health issues. – W Washington Street

1233- Animal Complaint- Caller reporting that dogs are defecating in the hallways. – Geneva Street

1408- Disorderly Person- Caller reporting that there was a female unresponsive and inhaling “duster”. Kimberly Tong was located and evaluated by EMS. Tong was then taken into custody. – W Washington Street

1453- Medical Advisement. – Campbell Street

1547- Suspicious person- Male was located outside on business property after house. Male was advised to leave property. – W Morris Street. 

1603- Suspicious persons- More subject were located outside on business property. Subjects were advised to leave property. – W Morris Street

1609- Juvenile complaint- Caller reporting that her son left residence. Officer located son and returned him to his parent’s residence. – Cruger Street

1713- Trespass- Caller reporting that someone is possibly staying behind store at night. Caller request more patrols. – W Morris Street

1744- Foot Patrol at Mossy Bank Park

1903- Motor Vehicle Accident- W Washington Street

1923- Medical Advisement- Wilson Way

2127- Disturbance- Caller reporting a female will not leave the residence. Issue was resolved by a Good Samaritan that bought her a hotel room for the night. – W Morris Street

2228- Assist other agencies. – BPD patrols assist NYSP with a disturbance. ST RT 415

2256- Harassment Complaint- Caller reporting that he is getting threatening text messages. – Cruger Street. 

0006- Medical Advisement- Haverling Street

0334- Medical Advisement- Geneva Street

0415- Foot Patrol- W Morris Street
