0922- Panic alarm at a local business. Determined to be accidental. – W. Morris St. 

0943- Traffic stop. Warning issued. – E. Morris St. 

0950- Headphone stolen by a juvenile. Headphones returned back to owner. – W. Morris St. 

1026- Follow up investigation. – Ira Davenport Hospital 

1148- Foot patrol. – E. Morris St. 

1324- Foot patrol with K9 Bud. – Dog Park

1423- Disturbance with an intoxicated male. Male was advised not to return to business. – W. Morris St. 

1457- Escort public employee to the bank. – Liberty St. 

1503- Check the welfare of a male subject passed out near the rail road tracks. Male was fine just taking a nap. – W. Washington St. 

1603- Female requesting assistance leaving an apartment building. – Liberty St. 

1643- Caller can hear some type of disturbance. Upon arrival, Officers located a female crying hysterically due to losing a loved one. The female was asked if she needed any assistance and she advised she did not. – Liberty St. 

1712- Caller reporting neighbor is putting rock salt in the shared hallway making it hard for him to get down the stairs. He was advised to contact his landlord. – Liberty St. 

1747- Male calling from Oklahoma who has an active warrant. Wanted advice on how to turn himself in. He was advised. – Liberty St. 

1748- Bicycle stop. Warning issued. – W. William St. 

1814- Caller wants an update on an investigation. – Pine St. 

1844- Traffic stop. UTT issued. – W. Morris St. 

1901- Traffic stop. UTT issued. – Liberty St. 

1937- Traffic stop. Warning issued. – W. Washington St. 

2029- Caller reporting kids playing on machinery. Upon arrival, no kids were located. – Casey Ln. 

2119- Traffic stop. Warning issued. – W. Morris St. 

2121- Traffic stop. Warning issued. – Maple Hts. 

2124- Traffic stop. Warning issued. – W. Washington St. 

2125- Traffic stop. 2 UTT’s issued. – W. Morris St.

2208- Traffic stop. Joshua Cline arrested for AUO 2nd, CPCS 7th. He also had an active warrant out of the NYSP. He was TOT NYSP after being processed on his new charges.

2351- Suspicious male looking into vehicles with a flash light. Suspect was found and advised to move along. – W. Washington St.  

0035- Traffic stop. Warning issued. – W. Washington St. 

0041- Traffic stop. Warning issued. – Bath Plaza 

0247- Assist Bath Fire with an exterior window smoldering. – W. William St. 

0357- Traffic stop. Warning issued. – W. Morris St. 

0426- Assist NYSP with a burglary alarm. – SR 54
