Some County Meetings Going On In Bath Today

The Steuben County Administration Committee and Finance Committee are meeting today.  The Administration Committee talked, among other things, possibly having a surplus auction.  The Finance Committee discusses possibly buying EMS vehicles and equipment.

The Veterans One Stop Center is having a veterans event, this morning at 9:30am.  This event will be at 8469 Oak Hill Road in Savona, at 930am today.

Senator Schumer Speaks Out On Israel, From China

Democrat U.S. Senator Chuck Schumer is in China, where he is pressured Chinese leader Xi Ping to come out more strongly against Hamas for attacking Israel.  From China, Schumer condemned the recent pro-Hamas rallies in Time Square.  Schumer said everyone, no matter what their views are, should be against the attacks on Israel.
