Getting Around To Street Crew Jobs Earlier Than Expected

Bath Village Mayor Michael Sweet says, with the nice weather this week, street crews will be getting around to some of the jobs a little earlier than expected.

 

Weekend Brushfires In Ontario And Allegany Counties

There were a number of brush fires in the region over the weekend.  Ontario County had two fires, they were in the Canadice area.  There were also brush fires in Allegany County, in Bolivar, Cuba, and Rushford, and there were brush fires in Cattaraugus County too.  There were no injuries reported in any of these incidents.    


Bath Police Say There Was A DWI Related Fender Bender 

Bath Village Police Chief Taft reports that a 60 year old woman from the Ontario County Town of Bloomfield, is charged with DWI, driving without registration and inspection, as well as unsafe backing.  That’s after an alleged fender bender in the Tops Friendly Market parking lot in Bath on April 7th.   Bath Police also say, the 60 year old also refused a chemical test.
