Remember To Flip Over The Ballots When You Vote 

Steuben County Manager Jack Wheeler is giving those of us who have not voted yet, a reminder about what’s on the back, of the ballots in Steuben County.  There is a prop about whether to, yes or no, change the county legislative districts.  The official voting day (election day) is Tuesday November 8th.

 

Zeldin's Alleged Attacker Is Coming To The Bath VA

Numerous media outlets across the state, are reporting that Congressman Lee Zeldin’s alleged attacker from this summer in Fairport, the man accused of going after Zeldin with a weapon similar to brass knuckles, is going to be sent to the Bath VA for treatment.


Accusations Of Drugged Driving, Without A License

Bath Police Chief Colin Taft says a 45 year old homeless man was pulled over for alleged eratic driving in Bath, the suspect, Michael Parrish was charged with 7th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence of drugs, driving without a license and several traffic infractions.  Parrish was issued appearance tickets and is due back in Bath Village Court at a later date.

 

What He'll Do To Stop Crime If He's Elected On November 8

New York State Republican Lt Governor candidate Alison Esposito says, if Congressman Lee Zeldin is elected governor, he will pressure the state legislature, into changing the laws so that crime goes down, in New York State.  Zeldin says, he will make it so the state lawmakers don't get their pay checks and cannot leave Albany until laws like bail reform are changed.   Democrats says, Republicans are exaggerating the amount of crime in the state.

 

Prescription Drug Take Back Day Is Coming Up

They’re having prescription drug take back day in Bath, Saturday October 29th, from 10am to 2pm.  That’ll be at the Public Safety Building on Rumsey Street.
