0906 – Caller stating that someone smashed out his truck headlight. An investigation is currently ongoing – Geneva St.
0940 – Male stating that he is being harassed. Patrol spoke to the other party and advised to not make contact anymore. – Geneva St.
1027 – Assist NYSP with MVA on the highway. Bath PD vehicle hit on the highway. Officer transported to the hospital and treated for minor injuries. – I86 West Bound
1243 – Male stating that there are teenagers with an open container in a vehicle. Patrol unable to locate the vehicle. – W. Morris St.
1312 – Deputy looking to speak with patrol in regard to a parking complaint. Patrol unable to contact other party.
1547 – Female stating there is a man in her apartment. Patrol searched the apartment and it was empty – Colonial Lawns
1556 – 2 Car MVA. Driver exchange forms issued. Driver at fault issued 1 UTT. – Liberty St.
1636 – Female at the PD looking to retrieve property. – Liberty St.
1647 – Female unable to get into her home. Patrol able to get female into her home with no incident. – Lackawanna Ave.

1912 – Patrol assisted individual with broken down vehicle. Patrol remained on scene until tow arrived. –
1930 – Male acting suspicious at KFC. Male advised to move along. – W. Morris St.
2137 – Police alarm. Area all secure. – W. Pulteney Square

0330 – Female reporting that there are tire tracks in her yard. – Park Place
