0903 – Officers checked the welfare of a male they have not seen in multiple days. The male was heard yelling for help once the officers knocked on his window. Due to the male being in medical distress and unable to move, the officers made entry to the residence. The male was then transported to the hospital by Bath Ambulance. – E William Street
