1234- Fight in progress. Danay T. Shepherd, 18, of Bath, arrested for two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and one count of Assault in the third degree. It is alleged that Danay engaged in a fight with a 15 year old victim, causing the victim physical injury. The incident occurred in the presence of a one year old child.
