0628 – Harassment complaint between neighbors. – W William Street
0834 – Check Welfare. Unfounded. – E William Street
0918 – Suspicious vehicle report. The vehicle was gone prior to patrols arrival. – Bundy Ave.
1004 – Foot Patrol. A male was observed under the bridge. He appeared to be unconscious and
possibly in need of assistance. Patrol made contact and found that the male was okay. – Cameron
Street
1021 – Warrant Arrest. One male arrested on an arrest warrant for Criminal Possession of Stolen
Property. He was processed then taken to Steuben County Jail for CAP Court. – E William Street
1153 – Larceny. One male caught shoplifting at TOPS Market. TOPS denied pressing charges.
The male was trespassed from the property, then taken to the hospital by Bath Ambulance. - W
Morris Street
1254 – Traffic Stop. Warning issued – W Morris Street
1314 – Neighbor Trouble. Caller reported that her neighbor kicked her dog. The incident was
deescalated by patrols and all parties were separated. – Campbell Street
1341 – Foot Patrol – Liberty Street
1341 – Traffic Stop – Three UTT’s issued – W Morris Street
1342 – Disturbance. A female was reported to be yelling on Liberty Street. The female was
interviewed by patrol and advised not to yell. – Liberty Street
1345 – Medical. Patrols did not respond due to other calls. – Geneva Street
1459 – Warrant entry – Liberty Street
1510 – Sexual offense reported. Investigation pending. – W Morris Street
1510 – Juvenile Complaint. Caller stated that the juvenile she’s responsible for did not return
home and she was unsure of his whereabouts. The Juvenile was located by patrol and returned to
his guardian. – Geneva Street
1513 – Warrant entry – Liberty Street
1518 – Foot Patrol – Pulteny Park
1531 – Warrant entry – Liberty Street
1536 – Warrant entry – Liberty Street
1615 – Follow up on pending investigation – Liberty Street
1716 – IDMH requesting an Officer to transport a male from the hospital to his residence, then
gain entry to his residence because he locked himself out. Patrols did not respond due to the

hospital being out of jurisdiction and there is no pending investigation involving the male. –

1726 – IDMH called back requesting the same from the above entry. IDMH was advised of the
same. – State Route 54, Urbana, NY
1852 – Medical. IDMH released the male from the above two entries. The male reponded to Bath
PD where he was observed to be in need of medical assistance. Bath Ambulance was called to
the scene and they transported the male to IDMH for further eveluation. - Liberty Street
1925 – Foot Patrol – Pulteney Park
1941 – Traffic Stop – one UTT issued – W Morris Street
1941 – Medical Advisement – W Morris Street
2032 – Traffic Stop – one UTT issued – Spaulding Dr.
2048 – Juvenile complaint. Caller reported that a suicidal 10 year old male ran away. The
Juvenile was located after hours of searching and was transported to Arnot Ogden Hospital for
further evaluation. – Vargason Place
0007 – Mossy Bank Park Closed – Mossy Bank Park RD
0046 – Traffic Stop – one UTT issued – Robie Street
0151 – Traffic Stop – two UTT’s issued – Cameron Street
0333 – Assist Other Agnecy – Geneva Street
