0601- Foot patrol of Liberty St

0843- Foot patrol- Municipal lot/ Liberty St

0928- Traffic stop- 1 UTT issued

0932- Domestic in progress. Jennifer Guarasci, age 48, of Wayland, arrested for Harassment 2nd and Criminal Contempt 2nd. Miss Guarasci was processed and transported to SCJ for CAP court where she was released. – Mountview Rd West 

1027- Caller reporting bicycles parked in the parking lot. Officers were tied up on an arrest. Caller called back and advised the bicycles had left and they no longer require law enforcement. – Geneva St

1042- Caller providing officers with information on a suspected intoxicated driver. – Manor Village

1118- Caller reporting her roommate cut a cable. Caller did not answer the phone or the door on officers attempt to make contact. – Purdy St

1140- Caller reporting she had items stolen from her front lawn. Investigation ongoing. – W Washington St

1152- Caller reporting his upstairs neighbor stomped on the floor twice. Neighbors were advised of the complaint. – W William St. 

1206- Officer transported arrest subject and officer to Bath PD from Ira Davenport ER.

1423- Check the welfare on male who sounded upset on the phone. Male advised he was all set. – E Steuben St

1426- Steuben County Jail advising that there is a female in the lobby for visitation with active Bath PD warrants. Officers responded and took Amber R. Kaszewski, age 38, into custody on two active warrants. Kaszewski was taken to SCJ for CAP court where she was released. 

1447- Caller reporting that she received a phone call from someone and believes it was fraud. Caller was advised that it was fraud and to block the number. – May St

1518- Traffic control for motorcycle ride

1551- Caller reporting she left her keys at Rico’s Pizza. Officers attempted to contact her back via phone and she did not answer. – W Morris St

1704- Caller requesting to be taken to the hospital due to suicidal thoughts and alcohol withdrawal. Transported by Bath Ambulance. – W Morris St

1903- Caller has questions regarding a vehicle. 

1830- Bath PD Bike Patrol of downtown

1904- Bike stop by Bath PD bike patrol. 1 local law appearance ticket issued for bicycle operation restricted. – Liberty St

1938- Bike stop by Bath PD bike patrol. Warning issued. – Pulteney Sq.

1948- Traffic stop- 1 UTT issued

1953- Car v pedestrian motor vehicle accident. Pedestrian with significant injuries transported via medical helicopter to medical facility. Investigation ongoing. – W Washington St

2114- Complainant reporting her husband damaged property. – W William St

2133- Caller has questions regarding a vehicle. 

2216- Traffic stop- 1 UTT issued

2217- Mossy Bank Park closed

2329- Traffic stop- warning issued

2357- Caller reporting a box in the middle of the roadway. Box was gone upon arrival. – W William St

0113- Traffic stop- 1 UTT issued

0129- Domestic dispute between two juveniles. Investigation to continue. – E William St

0240- Check the welfare. Subject advised he was all set. – Geneva St

0258- Check the welfare. Bath ambulance responded, subject was all set. – Colonial Lawns
