1123- Suspicious vehicle parked half in the roadway. Left prior to police contact. - E.

1131- Check the welfare of a female subject. Neighbor advised she was out of town. – W.
William St.
1151- Peacekeeper. Ex-boyfriend looking to retrieve belongings. Female party asked for him to
come at a later time. - W. William St.
1152- Traffic stop. Warning issued. – I-86
1139- - Bicycle stop. Subject issued a local law ordinance ticket- E. William St.
1207- Check the welfare of a male lying on the ground. Once on scene he was on the ground
fixing his bicycle and was all set. – Campbell St.
1207- Caller reporting kids riding bicycles around her apartment and wants them to stop. She
was advised it’s a landlord/tenant issue. – Casey Ln.
1232- Arrested Ferlin Zimmerman on a warrant. He was also charged with Bail Jumping 3 rd . He
was released at Bath Village Court.- Freeman Hollow Rd.
1341- Complainant reporting abuse of her bank account. Report completed. – Liberty St.
1516- Foot Patrol- Pulteney Sq. Park
1549- 2 car motor vehicle accident. No injuries. Accident report completed. – W. Steuben St.
1631- Male attacking female. Determined to be a domestic dispute. No injuries reported. A
domestic incident report completed on scene. – E. Steuben St.
1652- Caller reporting her mother took her cat. Unfounded. – Manor Village

1732- Two subjects at the Budget Inn and not allowed to be there. They were trespassed per the

1749- Caller upset with a male moving into her complex. – Geneva St.
1750- Caller reporting that he is owed money by many people. Advised it was a civil issue. –

1847- Male subject asking for a peacekeeper. Officers stood by. – W. William St.
1933- Caller worried about mental health status of daughter. Officers spoke with daughter and
she was not currently in a crisis but advised she will contact mental health. – Howell St.

2112- Domestic dispute. Female was severely intoxicated and was transported to Ira Davenport
